Matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso Sherry, and virgin oak casks, this unpeated whisky is bottled at 46% ABV without added colouring or chill filtration. Nose: Dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey, with cinnamon, espresso and sticky raisins in the background.
