Refunds A full refund is available on request within 14 days of purchase. Tickets purchased within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact us.

Rescheduling You may move your booking to another available event of equal value if you notify us at least 7 days before the original event date. Requests made within 7 days of the event cannot be accommodated.
